Tickets

How do I buy tickets?

Use any Register Now button on this site. Early Bird pricing runs through November 15, 2026. Standard pricing applies after that, while tickets last. Prices shown before checkout fees.

Why is SnowEO capped?

Because the best part of SnowEO is knowing everyone by Saturday night. We keep the guest list small enough for that to happen.

What does my ticket include?

Breakfast every morning, lunch on both ski days, three hosted dinners, both evening programs, the Hospitality Suite, and the kids' and teens' evening programs. Lodging and lift tickets are booked separately, at rates arranged for SnowEO guests.

What are teen and kid prices?

Early Bird: teens $899 and kids 6–12 $599 · 5 and under free. Children under 5 attend free; add them at checkout so we have an accurate headcount.

I am an EO Reno Tahoe member. Is there a member rate?

Yes. A limited number of chapter-subsidized tickets are available to EO Reno Tahoe members. Your chapter manager will share the details.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Plans change. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable: find someone to take your place, settle up with them directly, and let us know at manager@eort.org. We will move the registration into their name. Hotel reservations follow Everline's cancellation policy.

Who's coming

Who is invited?

SnowEO is hosted by EO Reno Tahoe, and every EO member is welcome, from any chapter. Spouses and life partners, EO Accelerator participants, Elumni, kids, teens, and guests of EO members are welcome too. Every attendee needs a ticket.

Is SnowEO family-friendly?

Yes. Friday night is built for the whole family. On Saturday night, teens join the adults for dinner and then have their own ice-skating night, while younger kids have pizza night with nannies.

I do not ski. Is SnowEO still for me?

Yes. Every non-ski option runs from Everline or Palisades Village, so you never need a lift ticket to join in. See Activities for spa, yoga, and Village options.

Can my Forum meet at SnowEO?

Yes, and we encourage it. A private Forum meeting room is available on Thursday at no charge. Make it your Forum retreat, then stay for the weekend. Email manager@eort.org to reserve.

Is there anything just for women?

Yes. The Women's Day Luncheon on Thursday will feature Dr. Erin Oksol, psychologist and author of Mind Your Own Business, and a hands-on workshop. Details are coming soon.

Planning your trip

When does SnowEO start and end?

SnowEO begins with check-in at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2027, and wraps up after breakfast on Sunday, March 7. The Forum meeting room and the Women's Day Luncheon start earlier on Thursday.

What should I wear and pack?

Mountain casual all weekend. Pack ski or snow layers, warm boots for walking between venues, a swimsuit for Slopes n Soak, and something fun for Saturday's 70s disco.

How do I get here from the airport?

Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is about an hour's drive from Everline. Rent a car, book a shuttle, or ask the Everline concierge to arrange car service.

How do I book my hotel room?

Rooms are booked and paid directly with Everline, not through your SnowEO ticket. Registering unlocks a private rate on Fireplace Suites. Your private booking link arrives with your registration confirmation. Suites are held until February 4, 2027, or until they are gone.

How do I get lift tickets?

SnowEO guests receive a group lift ticket rate at Palisades Tahoe. Pick up your tickets and the mountain is yours. Details arrive after you register.

Do I need to drive or take a shuttle to ski?

No. Everline has its own chairlift, the Resort Chair, onto Palisades Tahoe, and you can ski back to the door. Lift tickets are booked separately, at your SnowEO rate. Everline also runs a daily shuttle to and from the Village, so you can leave the car parked all weekend.

How does check-in work?

Check in on Thursday between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. to receive your wristband and welcome gift. Your wristband is your pass for the weekend.

About SnowEO

Is there a code of conduct?

Yes. SnowEO follows the EO Code of Conduct, and it applies to every attendee, including spouses, partners, and guests.

Who organizes SnowEO? Is it a fundraiser?

SnowEO is organized by EO Reno Tahoe. It is not a fundraiser: our goal is to break even, so your ticket covers the cost of your weekend. Chapter-subsidized member tickets are paid for by the chapter, not by other guests.
